E' un appartamento accogliente e luminoso, ha un'ampia zona giorno con cucina attrezzata e due letti singoli, una camera matrimoniale con un letto singolo aggiuntivo, un bagno con la doccia ed una bellissima grande terrazza con tavolo e sedie.

Al primo piano di due con ascensore direttamente sull'ampio garage interrato.

ATTENZIONE: l'accesso all'area garage è consentita solo ai mezzi con altezza massima  di 2,00 metri e non è adatto a mezzi con assetto ribassato.

A vostra disposizione tutti i comfort di cui avrete bisogno, biancheria e stoviglie, cucina a gas con forno, frigorifero e congelatore, lavatrice, aria condizionata, televisione, connessione internet wireless (soggetto a disponibilità), libri in varie lingue, giochi per bambini, sapone, etc

It is a cozy and bright apartment, it has a wide living room/kitchen with two single beds, a comfortable bedroom with an extra single bed, a bathroom with shower and a beautiful wide terrace with table and chairs. 

The apartment is on the first floor of two. 

If you have  problems climbing stairs or have small kids don't worry, there is a lift from the apartment floor to the garages area. 

You'll have a covered garage available, only note that access to the garages is allowed only to vehicles with a maximum height 2.00 meters and is not intended to vehicles with lowered suspension.

At your disposal all the comforts you need, linen and dishes, gas cooker with oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, air conditioning, television, wireless internet (subject to availability), books in various languages, games for children, soap, etc
